Requirements
Must:
- Abgeschlossenes einschlägiges Studium, abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Systemadministration, Netzwerken und IT-Infrastruktur
- Serviceorientiertes Denken, Eigeninitiative und Teamorientierung
- Freundliches und souveränes Auftreten im Umgang mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen
- Linuxkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
Responsibilities
- Ansprechpartner (w/m/d) bei technischen Fragestellungen und IT-relevanten Anliegen (1st- und 2nd-Level-Support)
- Betreuung und Administration von Servern und Netzwerken sowie Hard- und Software
- Bereitstellung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur
- Benutzer- und Rechteverwaltung
- Mitarbeit an Digitalisierungsprojekten
