Requirements
Must:
- At least seven years of professional experience in administration
- Successfully completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or a comparable qualification
- Structured and careful way of working
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Very good communication and teamwork skills
- Sound understanding of current IT security technologies, including endpoint protection, firewalls and monitoring
- Very good knowledge of identity and access management systems (Active Directory, Entra ID)
Responsibilities
- Administration and continuous development of our security infrastructure, including endpoint protection, firewall systems and security monitoring
- Administration and further development of our identity and access concepts, particularly in the Active Directory and Entra ID environment
- Supporting architectural decisions and providing technical advice to the team
- Operation and further development of the server and network infrastructure
- Support for virtualization using VMware and Proxmox as well as application provisioning using Citrix
- Support, administration and validation of specialist applications
- Implementation and documentation of activities under GMP
- Accepting, analyzing and processing service and support requests via ticket system
