Requirements
Must:
- Completed a university degree or vocational training in business administration, computer science, or a related field
- Extensive procurement experience in an IT and service environment
- SAP Key User track record in SAP R/3 or S/4HANA MM and Ariba
- Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement tools
- Strong negotiation skills and business acumen
- Communication dexterity, sharp intercultural awareness, and a collaborative mindset
- Structured and proactive way of working with a high level of initiative
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
Responsibilities
- Independently execute complex purchasing projects for IT and Consulting Services in a global environment
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to implement procurement strategies aligned with corporate goals
- Identify and realize savings potentials
- Manage supplier selection, evaluation, and development of key suppliers
- Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements
- Report and communicate procurement performance and achievements
- Support cross-functional initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement in procurement processes
