Requirements
Must:
- Completed degree in Avionics, Electronics, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Experience with Systems Engineering and MBSE
- Experience in modeling and simulation
- Structured and methodical in daily tasks
- Customer-oriented
- Open-minded and problem-solving attitude
- Dynamic with a strong team spirit mentality
- Able to work in complex environments and manage priorities and urgencies
- Transparent and reports issues as soon as they arise

Responsibilities
- Develop and introduce a common MBSE (Model-Based Systems Engineering) understanding and frameworks within Airbus Helicopters
- Ensure synchronization with Avionics Systems stakeholders regarding MBSE activities
- Promote the use of cutting-edge MBSE methodologies in the Avionics Architects department
- Define and maintain a harmonized MBSE and architecture framework
- Prepare the modeling environment for avionics architecture development projects
- Conduct reviews/audits of model consistency
- Manage model configuration for the entire avionics system
