Requirements
Must:
- Du befindest Dich in einem Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
- Du kennst Dich mit den Microsoft Office Produkten, insbesondere mit Excel und PowerPoint, gut aus.
- Du hast Spaß, Dich in neue Themengebiete einzuarbeiten und besitzt eine rasche Auffassungsgabe sowie eine gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team und gehst offen und proaktiv auf andere Menschen zu.
Responsibilities
- Du bist Teil unseres agilen Projektteams und unterstützt bei der Betreuung unserer Projektmanagement Software Planisware Enterprise.
- Du unterstützt im Incident Management und im 1st Level Support bei Nutzeranfragen.
- Du führst regelmäßige Tests der Anwendung sowie Schulungen für Endanwendern durch.
- Zusätzlich unterstützt Du bei Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung der ADAC-weiten Projekt- und Portfoliomanagement-Standards.
- Die Erstellung von User Stories zur Weiterentwicklung der Systemfunktionalitäten und Koordination der Umsetzung mit dem Dienstleister und Projektteam zählt ebenfalls zu Deinen spannenden Aufgaben.
