Requirements
Must:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (z.B. Wirtschaft, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Ingenieurwesen) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit digitalem Fokus
- Erfahrung als Product Owner oder in vergleichbarer Rolle in digitalen oder softwarenahen Projekten
- Sicherer Umgang mit agilen Methoden wie Scrum oder Kanban, idealerweise mit PO-Zertifizierung
- Technisches Grundverständnis für digitale Produkte, Schnittstellen und Softwarearchitekturen
- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Freude an cross-funktionaler Zusammenarbeit
- Analytische Denkweise, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
Responsibilities
- Product Ownership für ein oder mehrere digitale Produkte in unserem Portfolio
- Übersetzung von Markt- und Kundenbedürfnissen in User Stories sowie Priorisierung des Product Backlogs
- Steuerung des Backlogs in enger Abstimmung mit Entwicklung, Design und Vertrieb
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Produktvision mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Begleitung von Rollouts und Förderung der Produktakzeptanz bei Kunden und Partnern
