Responsibilities
- 1st-Level-/Basic-2nd-Level-Support: Tickets annehmen, triagieren, sauber dokumentieren
- Microsoft 365 & Windows-Umgebungen: Benutzer/Lizenzen, Basis-Admin, Standardchecks
- Client- & Server-Administration: Provisioning, Patchen, Monitoring-Meldungen bewerten
- RMM-GestĂĽtzte Arbeit: Incidents priorisieren, StandardmaĂźnahmen ableiten, Automatisierungsideen einbringen
- Tech-Stack mitaufbauen: Evaluieren, pilotieren, Baselines definieren
- Interne Playbooks schreiben: klare SOPs (Onboarding, Backup-Checks, Rollout-Checklisten)
- Backup/DR-Kontrollen inkl. Stichproben-Restores
- Security-Basics: Alerts prĂĽfen, Hardening nach Checkliste
- Dokumentation im Ticketsystem/Wiki – If it isn’t documented, it didn’t happen.“
