Requirements
Must:
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit TypeScript auf Senior Level
- Verständnis von Dependency Injection und Event-driven Architecture
- Erfahrung mit Production-Betrieb und Debugging
- Testing und Monitoring sind für dich selbstverständlich
- Offenheit für AI‑Tools im Development (Claude Code, Copilot etc.)
- Erfahrung mit NestJS, PostgreSQL und RabbitMQ sind ein Plus
- Business-Problem vor Technologie – Code ist Mittel zum Zweck
- Proaktive Kommunikation: Probleme sprichst du früh an, bei Unklarheiten kommst du mit konkreten Lösungsvorschlägen
- Ownership statt Ticket‑Abarbeitung – du treibst Dinge eigenständig voran
- Teamorientiert und kollaborativ
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1)
- Bereitschaft für mind. 3 Tage/Woche vor Ort
Responsibilities
- Arbeit direkt mit dem Head of Engineering und nah am Gründerteam an der Weiterentwicklung der 7Assets‑Plattform
- Aktive Einbringung als Sparringspartner und Orientierung an einer architektonischen Grundausrichtung
- Mitarbeit in einem Team, das nach den Prinzipien von Domain‑Driven‑Design und Clean Architecture agiert
- Aufbau neuer Produktbereiche (APIs, Features)
- Weiterentwicklung bestehender Systeme
- Übernahme der technischen Verantwortung für Features
- Sicherstellung hoher Codequalität, Testing‑Best‑Practices und Produktionsstabilität
