Anforderungen
Muss:
- Eager to master Atlassian cloud systems (no on-prem or data center Atlassian systems in the house).
- Have 2-3 years of experience with Atlassian cloud systems from a larger and dynamic environment.
- Dont mind working with internal/external stakeholders or end-users (Bitpanda employees) on a daily basis.
- Experience with Assets (formerly known as Insight), advanced Jira Automation (Out-of-box, JMWE) and apps (Extension for Jira Service Management, EazyBI, Tempo) is a plus and scripting in Groovy or JS is always welcome.
- An enthusiastic team player with a great sense of humour and passion for sarcasm is also a huge plus.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Configuration, maintenance and administration of Atlassian Cloud products (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Statuspage).
- Create and maintain Jira configurations and schemes (workflows, fields, screens, permissions, issue security, automation etc.).
- Create Jira reports, dashboards and planning views for various business areas.
- Analyse business requirements with internal customers and translate them into technical solutions. Conduct the entire process from needs analysis to solution delivery (and documentation).
- Conduct training for employees and new hires.
