Requirements
Must:
- Fachinformatiker oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im IT-Bereich
- Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung, Sozialkompetenz, Selbstorganisation und Kommunikationsstärke
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und gute analytische Fähigkeiten
- Kenntnisse von Microsoft-Betriebssystemen und Microsoft-/Oracle SQL Datenbanken
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Responsibilities
- Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden zu Anwendung, Prozessen und Best Practices
- Dokumentation, Priorisierung und Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen
- Fehleranalyse & Troubleshooting (Logs, APIs, Schnittstellen)
- Installation und Konfiguration von Softwarelösungen
- Mitarbeit in der Qualitätssicherung und enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktbetreuung
