Requirements
Must:
- Strong record of impactful AI research, with publications at top-tier venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL) or equivalent breakthroughs in industry.
- Deep expertise in large language models, agent-based architectures, and reinforcement learning.
- Experience translating research prototypes into production-grade AI systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow).
- Familiarity with retrieval systems, knowledge grounding, and methods for reducing hallucinations.
- Exceptional ability to distill complex ideas for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset and motivation to deliver scientific contributions with measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead research into agentic workflows, multi-step reasoning, autonomous orchestration, and tool use for AI agents.
- Continuously analyze and apply the latest scientific papers (LLMs, reinforcement learning, AI safety) to shape product direction.
- Develop benchmarking and evaluation frameworks for reliability, factual grounding, and safety.
- Prototype advanced methods (e.g. retrieval-augmented generation, few/zero-shot learning, continual fine-tuning) and collaborate with engineering teams to bring them into production.
- Mentor researchers and engineers, establishing high standards for experimental design and reproducibility.
- Contribute to the AI community through conference participation and publications.
