Requirements
Must:
- You have a degree in computer science, economics, or engineering, or possess comparable knowledge. Ideally, you have certifications in Microsoft 365 (such as Modern Desktop, Security, SharePoint, or Teams Administrator).
- You are very familiar with the administration of Windows, iOS, Android, and Mac, with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Defender for EndPoints. Knowledge of ITIL and other M365 and Entra products is desirable but not a must.
- You can identify necessary steps to achieve your goals and tackle them on your own initiative, aware of your high level of responsibility and acting independently.
- You make decisions competently, considering existing conditions, and are known for your reliability as an absolute team player.
- You communicate within the team and with stakeholders appropriately and confidently in a dynamic working environment, including in English if required.
Responsibilities
- As a Modern Work Engineer, I will manage the end device environment (Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android) with Microsoft Intune and Azure Virtual Desktop. I will analyze potential errors and rectify them, always considering security, compliance, and business requirements.
- The further development and engineering of the EndPoint security strategy will be in my hands.
- I will create scripts based on PowerShell and/or Bash, take care of software distribution, and troubleshoot for Windows and Mac.
- Additionally, I will create documentation and instructions as part of my portfolio of tasks and ensure they are kept up to date.
