Software Backend Engineer (m/w/d)

Requirements
Must:
- An accomplished degree or qualification in computer science, business informatics, bioinformatics, or a comparable IT software field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a backend developer using modern technologies such as Java, Python, Microprofile, Quarkus, Microservices, and Terraform.
- Proficiency in Postgres, SQL, Hibernate as ORM, and Github Actions, with additional knowledge in cloud environments like AWS, AWS ECS, and AWS CDK.
- Familiarity with backend-for-frontend pattern and integration through RESTful APIs, comfortable with complex system architectures, and adept in Clean Code, CI/CD, and DevOps principles.
- Fluent in German and strong English language skills.
Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, and implementing backend software solutions for clients from various industries.
- Contributing to the design and development of a customer platform to support planning, procurement, and project planning, emphasizing process automation.
- Managing IT projects and assisting in their advancement, as well as implementing and optimizing new features.
- Advising clients as a technological backend sparring partner and actively sharing knowledge with colleagues.
