- Your problem-solving skills and motivation to simply do things differently are essential. You should have in-depth knowledge of PC hardware and software, practical experience with Windows, iOS, Android operating systems, and Microsoft 365 applications.
- A strong sense of team spirit and flexibility is key. You should work in a structured, independent, and service-oriented manner, showcasing excellent communication and social skills.
- A good understanding of contractual and administrative IT topics, such as managing mobile phone contracts, site connections, and software licenses, is necessary. Your profile should include a completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist, a degree in computer science, or a comparable IT qualification.
- A valid class B driving license and willingness to use your private car for business travel is required.

Responsibilities
- As a specialist in the municipal IT service, you will work with our team to address daily challenges in 1st level support, focusing on daycare centers and other municipal administration areas. Your tasks will include error analysis, troubleshooting, and installing and configuring hardware and software, as well as setting up workstations, printers, and mobile devices across Windows, iOS, and Android platforms.
- You will also support the team in contract and license management, particularly in procuring and allocating hardware and software, managing mobile phone contracts, overseeing connection structures in municipal buildings, and maintaining application licenses.
- Implementing smaller IT projects, especially in the daycare IT context, will also be part of your job. We value personal development, and your responsibilities can adapt based on your skills over time.
