Requirements
Must:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Microsoft 365 und MS Teams
- Umfassende Kenntnisse der M365 Suite und deren Anwendungsmöglichkeiten
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Hohe Problemlösungsfähigkeit, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
Responsibilities
- Konzeption, Implementierung und Verwaltung von Microsoft 365-Lösungen, insbesondere MS Teams
- Planung, Durchführung und Überwachung von Projekten zur Einführung oder Verbesserung von Microsoft 365-Lösungen und MS Teams
- Beratung und Unterstützung der Anwendenden bei der optimalen Nutzung von MS Teams und anderen Microsoft 365-Anwendungen
- Erarbeitung von Maßnahmen zur User Adoption
- Fehlerbehebung und 3rd Level Support bei technischen Problemen im Zusammenhang mit Microsoft 365-Lösungen, insbesondere MS Teams
- Potentielle Integration und Automatisierung von Prozessen mit der MS Power Plattform
