Must:
I am looking for several years of experience managing web platforms (Full Stack) – both in development and operations. You should have solid knowledge of most of our tech stack: Python (Flask), JavaScript/React (Next.js), databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Redis), cloud hosting (AWS, Vercel, Heroku), and CI/CD (including observability). A strategic and entrepreneurial mindset combined with a hands-on attitude is essential. Strong communication skills in both English and German, along with the ability to prioritize and make sound decisions, are important in this role. Experience in team building, coaching, and knowledge transfer will also be valued. Bonus skills include experience with AI integration, API management, SEO, or web performance optimization.

Responsibilities
You will have full responsibility for the technical development and stable operation of the JobNinja web platform. Your role will involve leading, coaching, and expanding a small, motivated development team. You will be actively participating in daily operations, including hands-on coding, code reviews, and providing technical support on complex topics. Additionally, you will translate business requirements into technical concepts and prioritized projects while balancing operational execution with strategic development. Driving automation, efficiency, and rapid implementation is crucial, as development speed matters at JobNinja, without compromising stability. Collaborating closely with management and other departments to achieve shared goals will be a significant aspect of your responsibilities.
