Requirements
Must:
- Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder vergleichbar
- Interesse an agilen Methoden und IT-Prozessmanagement
- Grundkenntnisse in ServiceNow von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1-Niveau)
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Responsibilities
- Analyse bestehender IT-Prozesse und Identifikation von Integrationspotenzialen für agile Methoden
- Definition von Prozessen und Use Cases unter Berücksichtigung der ServiceNow-Funktionalitäten
- Entwicklung eines Implementierungskonzepts für die Einführung agiler Methoden
- Dokumentation der IT-Prozesse und Use Cases
- Erstellung von Trainingsmaterialien (z. B. Video-Trainings) und Durchführung von Schulungen
- Begleitung der Einführung agiler Methoden in der IT-Organisation
- Beobachtung und Analyse der korrekten Anwendung der IT-Prozesse
