Requirements
Must:
I am looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Data Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field. You should have at least 3 years of experience in AI/ML, digital transformation, or data-driven process improvement. A solid understanding of Lean, continuous improvement, or operational excellence methods is essential. Experience in cross-functional, international environments is beneficial, and knowledge of the energy sector would be a plus. I expect you to be skilled at translating complex AI concepts into clear business language, fluent in English (German is an advantage), and to possess strong stakeholder management skills. We value curiosity, pragmatism, and a strong drive for impact.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will identify, design, and implement AI use cases to enhance strategy execution, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions in collaboration with IT, data teams, and vendors. Application of Lean and E.ON Business System principles to develop AI-enabled process improvements is required. You will align AI initiatives with Energy Retail and group-wide digital, data, and sustainability strategies. Additionally, you will build business cases, track impact, and ensure adoption through structured change management. Promoting responsible AI use, governance, and ethical implementation standards is crucial, and you will be responsible for educating and coaching teams to strengthen AI literacy across the organization.
