Requirements
Must:
- Hochschulabschluss in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Fundiertes Know-how in Monitoring und Dashboard-Gestaltung, idealerweise mit Tools wie New Relic und PowerBI
- Analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine Hands-on-Mentalität
- Erfahrung im Incident Handling und praktische Erfahrung im Service Management
- Agiles Mindset mit kundenorientierter Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch, um technische Inhalte zielgruppengerecht zu vermitteln
Responsibilities
- Beratung der iconnect-Applikations-Teams in Bezug auf Observability und Monitoring
- Implementierung und Optimierung moderner Observability-Lösungen mit New Relic
- Entwicklung passgenauer Dashboards, Alarme und Reports im Austausch mit dem iConnect Service Management
- Durchführung von Schulungen zur effektiven Nutzung des Monitorings durch operative Teams
- Kontinuierliche Analyse und Verbesserung bestehender Überwachungskonfigurationen
- Unterstützung bei Fehleranalysen, Eskalationen und Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern
