Requirements
Must:
- Hochschulabschluss in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Fundiertes Know-how in Monitoring und Dashboard-Gestaltung, idealerweise mit Tools wie New Relic und PowerBI
- Analytisches Denken und Hands-on-Mentalität
- Erfahrung im Incident Handling und im Service Management
- Agiles Mindset und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch
Responsibilities
- Beratung der iConnect-Applikations-Teams hinsichtlich Observability und Monitoring
- Implementierung und Optimierung moderner Observability-Lösungen mit New Relic
- Entwicklung von Dashboards, Alarmen und Reports in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem iConnect Service Management
- Durchführung von Schulungen zur effektiven Nutzung des Monitorings durch operative Teams
- Kontinuierliche Analyse und Verbesserung bestehender Überwachungskonfigurationen
- Unterstützung bei Fehleranalysen, Eskalationen und Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern
