Requirements
Must:
- Hochschulabschluss in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Fundiertes Know-how in Monitoring und Dashboard-Gestaltung, idealerweise mit Tools wie New Relic und PowerBI
- Erfahrung im Incident Handling und praktische Erfahrung im Service Management
- Ausgeprägte konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten
- Agiles Mindset und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch
Responsibilities
- Beratung der iConnect-Applikations-Teams im Hinblick auf Observability und Monitoring
- Implementierung und Optimierung moderner Observability-Lösungen mit New Relic
- Entwicklung passgenauer Dashboards, Alarme und Reports in engem Austausch mit dem iConnect Service Management
- Durchführung von Schulungen zur effektiven Nutzung des Monitorings durch unsere operativen Teams
- Kontinuierliche Analyse und Verbesserung bestehender Überwachungskonfigurationen
- Aktive Unterstützung bei Fehleranalysen, Eskalationen und der Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern
