Requirements

Must:
- A Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related security-focused field. - A strong foundation in applied cryptography, including Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), digital certificates, and secure network protocols (e.g., TLS, IPSec). - Excellent mathematical and analytical skills with the ability to dissect and understand complex algorithms. - Hands-on programming experience with Python, C/C++, and proficiency in a Linux environment (including shell scripting). - An independent, self-motivated mindset with an enthusiasm for working in a dynamic and agile research environment.

In order to support the Communication Technologies, we at Airbus Defence & Space are looking for a PhD Thesis on Cryptographically Verifiable Security for Aerospace Systems (d/f/m). Your impact will be on exploration and design of novel cryptographic applications within a Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) to solve critical challenges in avionics.
