Technical Product Manager (M/F/X) - AI & Machine Learning

In this strategic and delivery-focused role, you will shape the future of Industrial AI agents for requirement intelligence. Your mission will be to participate in and lead the product development cycle, acting as the interface between our customers and product-engineering teams. You will develop and communicate a clear AI product vision aligned with senior management, define and prioritize product roadmaps focusing on ML/AI-driven functionality, and collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, AI/ML teams, UX, DevOps, and customers. Additionally, you will lead feature scoping, sprint planning, and delivery across the full product lifecycle. Ensuring product compliance, quality, scalability, and maintainability is vital, as is translating ambiguous AI opportunities into valuable, usable product features. You will also conduct competitive analysis to align the product with emerging industrial needs, define and track KPIs to monitor product success, and support sales, marketing, and customer success teams with product insights and value stories. Engaging with clients and partners (e.g., Siemens) to validate AI-driven use cases and co-develop solutions will also be part of your responsibilities.
