Requirements
Must:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Informationstechnologie, Fachinformatik oder vergleichbaren Fachrichtungen
- Umfangreiche Erfahrung mit Windows-Betriebssystemen und Hardware (Notebooks, PCs, Peripherie, Netzwerk)
- Gute Kenntnisse mit Mac- und iOS-Geräten und -Systemen
- Kenntnisse im Bereich LAN/WLAN, File & Print
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie kommunikationssichere Englischkenntnisse
- Gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
- Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- PKW-Führerschein der Klasse B
Responsibilities
- Koordination und Verantwortung für den reibungslosen Betrieb der speziellen logistik- und produktionsnahen IT-Systeme am Standort Westerwald
- Unterstützung unserer Spezialisten in den Bereichen Netzwerk, Infrastruktur und Industrial Engineering bei Aufgaben vor Ort
- Optimierung der Prozesse in der Bereitstellung der Produktions- und Logistik IT-Arbeitsplätze sowie der Konferenz-, Präsentations- und Kommunikationssysteme
- Ansprechpartner für standortspezifische IT-Belange und Schnittstelle zu den einzelnen IT-Fachbereichen, Dienstleistern und Anwendern
- Beratung der lokalen Fachbereiche bei IT-spezifischen Aufgabenstellungen sowie Unterstützung bei deren Umsetzung
