Responsibilities
In this role, I will plan and run campaigns targeting defined segments, utilizing email, social media, direct outreach, and other creative channels. I will build and optimize processes that enrich data, trigger personalized outreach, and integrate with CRM and marketing platforms. Conducting structured A/B tests, analyzing results, and iterating to improve engagement and pipeline performance will be key tasks. Additionally, I will experiment with new approaches and evaluate AI or GTM tools to enhance campaign efficiency. I will measure impact, track ROI, and provide actionable insights to the commercial teams.

I am proud to support a scaling technology business in their search for a Growth Strategist. I seek an analytical, growth-focused operator experienced in improving sales processes, pipeline efficiency, and revenue performance. The ideal candidate will come from a high-growth B2B SaaS environment and will be comfortable challenging the status quo while collaborating with senior stakeholders to refine GTM strategy and drive growth. In this role, I will fully own and shape a greenfield outbound growth function and experiment with modern GTM tools and automated processes, directly impacting measurable revenue outcomes.
