- Comprehensive live audio expertise: end-to-end signal flow and console operation (digital/analog), gain/EQ/dynamics, mic selection/placement, RF coordination (frequency/antennas/interference), feedback prevention, PA coverage, DSP/loudspeaker management, audio networking, and fast, well-documented troubleshooting. - Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to think fast and independently resolve technical challenges on the spot, especially under pressure during company-wide streaming events. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach to sharing knowledge, training colleagues, and contributing ideas for continuous improvement. - Availability to work on-campus full-time (from Monday to Friday) to provide immediate, hands-on technical and media support. - Flexibility to work outside regular hours for special events based on company demand. - A positive can-do attitude that embraces challenges and sees every problem as an opportunity to learn and improve. - Natural multitasking abilities with the skill to juggle competing priorities while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
