Anforderungen
Muss:
- Several years of experience in system, network, or infrastructure engineering
- Strong Linux administration skills (RHEL / Oracle Linux preferred)
- Solid understanding of networking, high availability, and system operations
- Hands-on experience with automation, scripting, or infrastructure-as-code tools
- A security-aware mindset and strong troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills and a collaborative working style
- English proficiency at B2+ level
- Nice to have: Experience with Kubernetes, container networking, or service meshes
- Nice to have: Knowledge of Ceph or other distributed storage systems
- Nice to have: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, virtualization platforms, or database clusters
- Nice to have: Experience with monitoring, observability, or secret management tools
- Nice to have: Relevant certifications or German language skills
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Operating and maintaining our on-premises data centre infrastructure
- Administering and securing Linux systems and core services
- Supporting high-availability, monitoring, and alerting setups
- Operating storage, networking, and mail services
- Keeping systems up to date, secure, and compliant
- Collaborating with internal teams and documenting systems and processes
