System administrator (m/f/d)

- I will be responsible for the installation and configuration of Windows client and server applications, as well as the administration and maintenance of our client-server landscape. - Client and user management in Active Directory and in the Microsoft Cloud (M365) are a matter of course for me. - I support the onboarding and offboarding of employees. - I will familiarize myself with our software management baramundi and ensure deployment and a tidy software landscape. - As part of the team, I will drive forward the modernization, further development, and improvement in my area of responsibility, including the design and implementation of new solutions. - I will always keep an eye on our IT infrastructure - error analysis and troubleshooting, as well as the optimization of technical and organizational processes, are part of my tasks. - I am the number one contact person for colleagues in first, second, and third level support. - Through close exchange with intersoft employees, training courses, and up-to-date employee FAQs, I will strengthen awareness and the ability to act in the area of hardware and software use. - To ensure the security of company data and services, I will implement organizational and technical security measures as part of the team. - I am no stranger to endpoint security and IT compliance. - I support the team in the preparation and implementation of audits and certifications.
