Anforderungen
Muss:
- Bachelors degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Relevant professional experience with reference in Production, Logistics Management or Purchasing in the manufacturing industry
- Excellent knowledge of end-to-end business processes for at least one process domain (e.g., Inbound to Outbound, Procure to Pay, Plan to produce, ….)
- Proven methodological know-how of local fit-gap analyses and process design
- Relevant industry knowledge
- Strong decision-making acumen and ability to reach consensus/compromises on process designs among different stakeholders
- Experience with SAP R/3 and ideally SAP S/4HANA as well as relevant third-party business systems
- Excellent conceptual, analytical and communication skills
- Exceptional English communication skills, both spoken and written; familiarity with German or other languages is a bonus.
- Willingness to travel
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Manage (regional/segment-specific) business requirements (incl. business roles, data design) in the context of the global template SAP S/4HANA system in local fit-gap analyses under leadership of deputy/hub process owners
- Drive adaptation of end-to-end business processes (incl. process modelling) towards FIT4 goals of harmonization and standardization and liaise with entity business experts on preparatory work, like data cleansing
- Provide guidance for & steer junior hub business experts (e.g., requirements analysis, business process modelling, data cleansing, …)
- Generate process maps and process models to illustrate adapted business processes
- Design and own test cases and conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system
- Actively contribute to the roll-in of assigned roll-in projects in a region (mainly within a segment, and, if deemed necessary by regional hub-lead, also across SBUs/ segments)
- Contribute, as organized by training lead, to creation of training materials, and, if required, support end user training
