Lead DevOps Engineer (m/f/x)

- Masters degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. - At least 5 years of experience in cloud operations and development, with strong expertise in Azure and Kubernetes. - Proven ability to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructures, including CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) and security tool integration. - Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible) and monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Promtail). - Strong background in backend development (REST APIs, ideally Python/Django or Go) and microservices architectures. - Experience operating containerized SQL (Postgres) and NoSQL (Redis) databases as well as hyperscale GPU infrastructures with large datasets. - Excellent problem-solving skills in production cloud environments, combined with the ability to coach and technically guide DevOps and ML developers. - Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with a structured, proactive, and independent working style.
