Anforderungen
Muss:
- A degree with excellent grades in natural sciences, computer sciences, or engineering
- Background as entrepreneur in a tech start-up (e.g. founder, CTO, lead engineer,…)
- Experience in building high-performing teams and organizations in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in computer vision and robotics is a plus
- Proven experience in developing prototypes and rapidly iterating them to achieve a market-ready product
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
- Experience in leading cross-disciplinary teams and strong communication skills
- Keen interest in investigating complex problems and driving labor automation solutions
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; German is a plus
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Building an internal startup and driving prototype and product development
- Interacting with key internal and external stakeholders and future customers to understand product requirements
- Shaping a startup-like development and business-building environment
- Leading and coordinating development teams to ensure strong focus and fast iterations
- Regularly reporting progress to top management (including executive board)
- Defining and validating technical specifications and KPIs
- Shaping the roadmap and long-term product vision while ensuring efficient budget spending
- Building and leading a high-performing team, including recruiting top talent to support our efforts
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Establishing collaboration channels with industry partners, startups, or research institutions
