- Relevant professional experience in digital project management and change management.
- Good understanding of the end-to-end business processes for lead to cash and service to customer.
- Knowledge of ERP Systems, especially for SAP S/4 with a focus on SD.
- Experience with business requirements analysis and business processes modeling.
- Proven track record in handling complex projects within larger international companies and various stakeholders.
- Conceptual, results-oriented working style with attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills; German or other language skills are a plus.

Verantwortlichkeiten
- Analyze regional/segment-specific business requirements towards the global template SAP S/4HANA system in local fit-gap analyses under the leadership of deputy/hub process owners.
- Drive adaptation of end-to-end business processes (including process modeling) towards FIT4 goals of harmonization and standardization, liaising with entity business experts on preparatory work, such as data cleansing.
- Develop process maps and process models to illustrate adapted business processes.
- Define and execute the Cut-Over strategy with a focus on data migration and roles setup to ensure a smooth transition.
- Design and own test cases, conducting functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system.
- Actively contribute to the roll-in of assigned roll-in projects in a region (primarily within a segment, and if deemed necessary by the regional hub lead, also across SBUs/segments).
- Under the coordination of the training lead, assist with the creation of training material and, if required, conduct end-user training.
