Muss:
- Degree in Satellite Communications, Telecommunications, Aeronautical Engineering, or equivalent technical experience
- Experience in delivering and managing solutions in aeronautical connectivity or related domains, including hands-on experience with open-source technologies and continual improvement processes
- Experience collaborating with partners to develop ISP solutions for aviation connectivity
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, and create solution documents for internal and external stakeholders
- Commercially aware with the ability to influence customer requirements in line with divisional and corporate goals
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Collaborate with the System Design Lead to develop and enhance the connectivity solution for commercial aviation
- Provide 3rd-line support for production environments
- Create and document technical requirements and system designs, including interfaces, performance targets, and certification compliance
- Work with suppliers to implement and evolve solutions
- Partner with airlines to tailor customer-specific solutions
- Ensure scalable and cost-effective solutions to support aircraft
- Coordinate with suppliers, product management, test & verification teams, and internal stakeholders
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision making
- Contribute to the development, evaluation, and management of RFPs to suppliers
- Provide technical guidance to integration and verification teams during test design, execution, validation, and root-cause analysis
