- I analyze and gather technical requirements by examining existing SCM processes and workflows from purchasing, logistics, import, QA, finance, and IT. - I create the target architecture and integration concepts (e.g., ERP, transport, product data, CSR) and participate in tendering and vendor evaluation. - I support the introduction of the SCM platform, including migration, testing, training, and change management, to ensure a scalable and process-integrated solution. - I ensure stable operations, coordinate internal and external partners, and take responsibility for incident, problem, and change processes. - I check data quality, interface availability, authorizations, compliance with defined SLAs, and monitor performance and system stability. - I initiate automation and optimization, integrate the platform into other business processes, and support the specialist departments in their digital transformation. ###
