Anforderungen
Muss:
- You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, retail or comparable training
- You have several years of professional experience in IT service or application management, ideally related to supply chain or retail
- Good knowledge of service management processes according to ITIL and in dealing with ticket and monitoring systems
- Technical understanding of interfaces, data flows and processes in ERP and SCM landscapes
- Experience in working with software manufacturers and external service providers
- Basic knowledge of SQL, reporting or data analysis is desirable
- Strong communication skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Very good German and English skills round off your profile
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Responsibility for supply chain management system and connected processes
- Requirements management and system optimization
- Close cooperation with specialist departments to define requirements and continuously improve systems
- Change and release management
- Planning, control and implementation of changes, releases and deployments in accordance with the change management process
- Test and rollout support
- Participation in implementations, rollouts and execution of UAT, integration and regression tests
- Ensuring daily operations and 2nd level support for system and process-related issues
- Coordination of external partners incl. SLA/OLA monitoring and maintenance of service catalogs and operational documentation
