- You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, retail, or comparable training.
- You have several years of professional experience in IT service or application management, ideally related to supply chain or retail.
- Good knowledge of service management processes according to ITIL and experience with ticket and monitoring systems.
- Technical understanding of interfaces, data flows, and processes in ERP and SCM landscapes.
- Experience in working with software manufacturers and external service providers.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, reporting, or data analysis is desirable.
- You are characterized by your strong communication skills and your structured and solution-oriented way of working.
- Very good German and English skills round off your profile.

Verantwortlichkeiten
- You will take responsibility for the supply chain management system and connected processes.
- You will manage requirements and optimize the system in close cooperation with specialist departments to define requirements and continuously improve systems.
- You will oversee change and release management, including the planning, control, and implementation of changes, releases, and deployments in accordance with the change management process.
- You will participate in test and rollout support, including implementations, rollouts, and the execution of UAT, integration, and regression tests.
- You will ensure daily operations and provide 2nd level support for system and process-related issues.
- You will coordinate external partners, including SLA/OLA monitoring and maintenance of service catalogs and operational documentation.
