Head of Technology Operations (M/F/X)

- Own all business systems and infrastructure (Google Workspace, SaaS tools, integrations, monitoring) - Serve as the first point of contact for all technology operations - Ensure systems, tools, and data flows are aligned, reliable, and properly implemented - Establish and own incident response processes - Troubleshoot and resolve issues end-to-end - Ensure problems are solved at this level—not escalated unnecessarily to leadership - Proactively identify risks and prevent disruptions - Own operational oversight of integrations and workflows - Support and validate migrations, implementations, and system changes - Ensure platforms and tools support business growth and scalability - Maintain visibility into cybersecurity, access controls, and data management - Support compliance readiness for a publicly listed company - Ensure proper operational discipline around infrastructure decisions - Act as the bridge between business and technical teams - Translate business needs into clear technical requirements - Partner with leadership - Coordinate with Ironsail LLC on deployments, monitoring, and handoffs - Support execution of the technology roadmap (modernization → feature upgrades → mobile) - Drive operational improvements, automation, and AI-first workflows - Ensure systems scale efficiently with business growth
