We are looking for a Bioinformatician (m/f/d) for the Institute of Pathology of the University Hospital Düsseldorf, with employment expected to be from October 1, 2025, until August 31, 2027, within the framework of the Scientific Fixed-Term Contract Act (WissZeitVG according to Section 2 Paragraph 2). This position is part of the ENDOFERT project on endometriosis funded by the BMBF, where a sub-project focuses on spatial transcriptomics utilizing technologies such as COSMX (Nanostring), Xenium (10x Genomics), and CODEX assays.
