Anforderungen
Muss:
We are looking for someone with a strong analytical mindset, capable of managing complex dependencies in a structured and systematic way. You should possess a sound understanding of the processes, data flows, and systems involved in Uniper Global Commodities ETRM and Reporting landscape with thorough knowledge of the Trade Life Cycle. Experience in driving and delivering change, taking ownership with a commercial focus, is essential. You must be adept at facilitating team discussions to solve technical challenges, especially in negotiations between multiple business or technical stakeholders. Additionally, proven capability for efficient stakeholder communication and management is required. We seek a self-starter who has worked with offshore teams and owned significant project deliverables in large programs. Experience in creating and supporting test cases and UAT is necessary. You should be a strong team player with experience working in an international team. Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Verantwortlichkeiten
You will be responsible for the complete Trade Life Cycle (Power and Gas, UK and Global). Following standard UNIPER IT project delivery processes, you will identify and engage with stakeholders to classify, document, and engineer requirements. Leading and facilitating workshops with various stakeholders across the organization—from operational teams to directors—is paramount. You will be the first point of contact for business requirements and will collaborate in an international, multi-sourced team of Business Analysts and Developers in a globally distributed delivery model. Your role will involve identifying and designing proper IT solutions, conducting solution evaluations, and providing recommendations. A holistic view of solutions and an understanding of broader impacts will be required as you challenge requirements and offer alternative solution options (including cost/benefit analysis). You will also play an integral role in the "Business Analyst Community," helping to lead and drive best practices within Uniper.
