Anforderungen
Muss:
- A technical college and/or university degree in a relevant field such as geography, urban planning, business administration, or engineering
- Vocational training with relevant experience in the wind energy sector
- Extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, preferably in wind energy
- Preferably leadership experience with the ability to lead and inspire a team
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
- High level of initiative, resilience, and entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent communication skills in German
- Good English skills
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Building and leading a team of professionals in wind project development
- Strategic alignment and support of the team throughout the entire value chain of wind project development
- Monitoring project development, including identification and securing of land, planning and approval
- Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company policies in project development strategies
- Coordination of internal departments and external stakeholders, such as landowners, municipalities, and authorities
- Supporting acquisition managers in land securing and other contract negotiations
- Representing the company to politics, authorities, landowners, tenants, and local communities
- Developing and implementing effective strategies for the acquisition and development of wind projects
- Monitoring project progress and adjusting measures to achieve goals
