Anforderungen
Muss:
- Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science or a quantitative field
- Experience in Data Analysis & Visualization
- IT-Affinity in the context of Microsoft Cloud services, cognitive services, workflow services, and integration with the existing IT landscape
- Passion for process design and its automation from a front-to-end perspective
- Strong knowledge of MS Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps)
- Strong knowledge of Standard Database solutions (MySQL, Snowflake)
- Good knowledge of MS 365 services (e.g. Excel, SharePoint, Teams, OneNote)
- Good knowledge of Cloud computing platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure)
- Good knowledge of back office processes
- Good knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, SQL)
- Knowledge of Sales and Trading applications is a plus
- Strong willingness to practice intellectual curiosity in an intercultural environment
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Team player, self-starter, well-organized, strong sense of initiative with the ability to think independently and solution-oriented
- Fluent in English & German
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Support the rollout of our digital vision across Commercial Operations
- Research & development in the context of automation solutions internal and external to Uniper
- Assessment, prioritization, planning, and delivery of automation solutions along the entire delivery chain with a focus on Commercial Operations (back office) processes
- Support the design and application of an agile delivery working model across Commercial Operations
- Collaborate closely with the IT network of Commercial Operations (e.g. IT Sales & Trading and Data Integration Team)
- Collaborate closely with process owners and digital experts in Commercial Operations
- Support the development of digital skills and the corresponding mindset across Commercial Operations
- Integrate with Digital Communities across Uniper
