Verantwortlichkeiten
- Administration, maintenance, and documentation of our IT infrastructure (Windows Server, Exchange Server, LAN, WLAN, VPN, DHCP, DNS, firewall, backup)
- Technical support for employees
- Analysis and troubleshooting of technical problems
- Support/administration of TEAMS applications - telephony and video conferencing
- Management of user accounts and access rights
- Planning, development, and improvement of the IT infrastructure
