Anforderungen
Muss:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable technical field
- Professional experience in software development, ideally within a manufacturing or production-related environment
- Strong proficiency in software development and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and requirements
- Experience or basic knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement approaches in production environments
- Analytical mindset combined with a structured, solution-oriented way of working
- High level of engagement, clear communication skills, and strong ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Very good English skills (written and spoken); German skills are an advantage
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Development and maintenance of software tools and applications supporting manufacturing and production setups
- Translation of manufacturing and production requirements into reliable, scalable software solutions
- Close collaboration with manufacturing engineers and technicians as a software partner within production environments
- Support of Lean manufacturing initiatives through software-based process optimization and workflow improvements
- Contribution to continuous improvement (KVP) activities to enhance software functionality and production support
- Analysis and resolution of software-related issues impacting manufacturing processes
- Documentation and ongoing optimization of manufacturing-related software solutions
