We are seeking candidates with extensive professional experience as an IT technician, system administrator, or in a similar role, particularly with a strong focus on L2 support within a manufacturing environment. You should have solid practical knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments (clients and servers), Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 services. A basic understanding of networking, including TCP/IP and LAN/WAN troubleshooting, is necessary. Good knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices for incident management, problem management, and change management is essential. Experience in first-line SAP support is considered an advantage, along with proven project management skills. Familiarity with Operational Technology (OT) would be beneficial.

Verantwortlichkeiten
In the role of Senior IT Operations Technician, you will deliver hands-on on-site L2 support to resolve complex issues and maintain efficient operations. You will monitor help desk trends, identify recurring challenges, and enhance IT services. You will facilitate onboarding and training for new IT team members and create clear training materials and documentation for the central IT L1 Support team. Acting as the primary interface between our manufacturing site and central IT, you will ensure seamless execution of on-site projects and provide local insights to guide practical and effective IT solutions.
