UX Design Manager (m/f/d)

At TOPdesk, an international ITSM company with offices in 11 countries and 5000 customers worldwide, I will lead, coach, and inspire a team of talented UX designers and researchers at our headquarters in Kaiserslautern. My role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to drive the design vision and strategy for our products, assessing and hiring team members as necessary to build a strong, collaborative unit. I will work alongside engineering and product leaders to bring designs to life and ensure a consistent user experience across platforms, while collaborating with other UX design managers to enhance design and research efforts by developing standards and processes.
