Anforderungen
Muss:
- University degree in computer science or a comparable qualification, or completed training as an IT specialist for system integration with several years of professional experience
- Very good knowledge of current Microsoft products and application programs
- In-depth knowledge of servers, firewalls, and networks
- Enthusiasm and motivation to constantly acquire new knowledge and skills
- Helpfulness, enjoyment of problem solving, and customer focus
- Enjoyment of working in a team
- An independent and structured approach to work and the ability to work under pressure
- Decision-making skills, reliability, and a sense of responsibility
- Business fluent German, both written and spoken
- Valid class B drivers license
Verantwortlichkeiten
- 1st and 2nd level support, including on-site support, documentation, and assistance with rollouts
- Independent error analysis and troubleshooting of client systems
- Participation in the further development of school IT
- Ongoing analysis and assignment of technical inquiries to the relevant departments in the ticket system
- Support in the selection, introduction, and procurement of software and hardware, as well as inventory management
