Muss:

- Masters degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - 5+ years of professional software development experience with demonstrable expertise in building and shipping production applications. - Proficiency in Python and modern development practices. - Experience with modern Python frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django) and AI/LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, or similar). - Familiarity with Docker, containerization, and cloud-native development. - Experience deploying, monitoring, and maintaining applications in the cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Hands-on experience building software applications that integrate AI/ML models. - Ability to actively leverage AI tools in your development workflow. - Customer-facing experience managing client projects or working directly with customers. - Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. - Fluent in English (German is a plus but not required).
