- Support the annual rewards processes and improvement thereof in SuccessFactors Compensation module - Regularly review the market reference on remuneration and provide input and guidance on market trends to local HR - Participate in benchmarking surveys - Analyse remuneration aspects for specific groups e.g. gender pay gap analysis including presentation of the results - Create and update tools supporting local HR e.g. promotion cost impact tool or AI agents - Provide guidance for ad hoc salary reviews and external offerings - Render specialist support to local HR - Support the reward education of managers and employees and develop learning material - Support HR budgeting processes - Participate in further HR projects
