Head of IT Security Management M/F/X

- University degree (masters or equivalent) in computer science, business informatics, IT security, or a comparable field of study - Skills and experience equivalent to a university degree based on a completed degree (bachelors or equivalent) in the above-mentioned fields of study and an additional four years of relevant professional experience in activities at masters level - Qualification for career group 2, second entry-level position in the field of general services as a civil servant - Qualification for career group 2, first entry-level position in general services and meet additional requirements for promotion to a position in salary grade A14 or higher - Extensive practical experience in IT security, network security, and data protection, ideally in the public sector or education - Demonstrable ability to develop and implement IT security strategies and guidelines, and to prepare security reports - Sound experience in conducting risk analyses and security assessments, training, and raising awareness among employees - Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, with an independent and results-oriented approach to work - Team leadership experience, high level of interpersonal skills, strong communication and teamwork skills, confident manner, and very good verbal communication skills in German
