Head of IT Security Management M/F/X

- University degree (masters or equivalent) in computer science, business informatics, IT security, or a comparable field of study - OR a completed degree (bachelors or equivalent) in the above-mentioned fields of study with an additional four years of relevant professional experience at masters level - OR qualification for career group 2, second entry-level position in the field of general services (for civil servants) - Extensive practical experience in IT security, network security, and data protection, ideally in the public sector or education - Certification in IT security - Demonstrable ability to develop and implement IT security strategies and guidelines, and to prepare security reports - Sound experience in conducting risk analyses and security assessments, as well as in training and raising awareness among employees - Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, coupled with an independent and results-oriented approach to work - Team leadership experience - High level of interpersonal skills - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Very good verbal communication skills in German, especially when presenting complex IT issues at management level
